As Head of User Experience I lead the Product Design, Research and Content Design/Technical Writing functions.

The Induction Healthcare platform capabilities includes registration, appointments, video consultations, messaging, paperless documents, questionnaires and reporting.

My role is to formulate Design Strategy and enable Product Design throughout the whole cycle: from user research and analysis to exploratory ideation, iterative design, engineering handover and implementation support. The team manages Induction’s evolving Design System.
