After leading the Mobile & Chatbot Design team in Sage’s Barcelona Centre of Excellence, I was asked to help lead the nascent Experience Design team in London, covering the company’s Product Discovery and Purchase experiences.
Covering dozens of products in 20+ markets, the Experience Design team steadily grew from 2 to 40+ in 3 years.
