Design team growth of 1-40+, design maturity and digital transformation to meet aggressive business outcomes globally.

After leading the Mobile & Chatbot Design team in Sage’s Barcelona Centre of Excellence, I was asked to help lead the nascent Experience Design team in London, covering the company’s Product Discovery and Purchase experiences. 

Covering dozens of products in 20+ markets, the Experience Design team steadily grew from 2 to 40+ in 3 years. 

Impact

  • Two Design Systems launched, including a recent Brand Transformation programme.
  • Double-digit growth in all conversion KPIs.
